TEND is my studio and project practice, rooted in slowing down, noticing what matters, and creating access to care.Through studio work, that care becomes tangible: flowers, plants, candles, goods, gatherings, and small seasonal offerings.Through project work, that care becomes workable: attention, clarity, structure, and follow-through for people, teams, and ideas that need support.Different expressions. Same practice.
A little about me...
I’m good in the messy middle.The part where the idea is good, the people care, the pieces are moving, and someone needs to help make sense of what is actually happening.I like the weeds. I like the details. I like a good plan, a better question, a useful list, and the moment when scattered pieces start to click.I'm funny. Easy to work with. Tough on a deadline.I care about beauty, usefulness, clarity, people, timing, and follow-through. I care when the handoff is clunky. I care when the table feels wrong. I care when the customer experience does not match the promise. I care when the team is working around a problem nobody has named yet.That care is what TEND is built from.

I get into the real experience of things. The middle. Thhe space, the service, the handoff, the people, the friction. I notice what’s off, what’s missing, and what’s possible.Then help shape the next right move.
Background
I’ve spent years leading in retail, operations, client experience, team development, and business transformation. Now I use that experience to support work that actually matters, through TEND.
