A little about me

I didn’t arrive here by accident. I’ve spent more than 25 years leading retail operations, teams and customer experience. Working from the salesfloor through to senior executive roles, across national businesses, growing organizations and plenty of complicated moments in between.I’ve led large teams, managed significant budgets, opened and improved businesses, navigated change, built practical systems and helped good people make difficult work more manageable. That experience is the backbone of how I work now, even when the assignment itself is small.

TEND is my practice of care

Usually, I’m brought in because something worthwhile needs more shape, momentum or capacity. There may be too many moving parts, nobody clearly holding the whole thing, or a good idea that keeps getting pushed behind more urgent work.I notice what is being missed, create enough structure to move forward, and stay close enough to the work to help carry it through. The result is usually greater clarity, fewer dropped details, a better experience for the people involved and less weight sitting on one person’s shoulders.
